After Spider-Man: Far From Home, the life of the wall crawler in the Marvel Cinematic Universe was hanging by a spider web when Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios broke up because they did not reach a monetary agreement. Removing Spider-Man from the MCU and without apparent reconciliation plans, Sony had assured that “the door was closed” for Spiderman to return to MCU. However, it seems that both companies have managed to dull their sharp edges and are determined to make the third movie. This means that Spider-Man has returned to the Marvel Cinematic Universe!
Variety reports, Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios have jointly announced that Kevin Feige, president of Marvel Studios, will produce the next Spider-Man movie. Of course, the movie will continue with what happened in Far From Home, the film will once again feature Tom Holland as Peter Parker / Spider-Man.
But that’s not all, as companies have revealed the scheduled release date for the new Spider-Man movie. If all goes well, is scheduled for July 16, 2021. Taking into account how interesting the story has remained, many fans will be more than grateful that this saga is not canceled, as was done with the storyline of The Amazing Spider-Man, which was canceled precisely for disagreements with movies in conjunction with Marvel Studios.
On his Instagram account, the actor posted a clip from the movie “The Wolf of Wall Street.”
