As Netflix had promised, the trailer for the third season of ‘Cobra Kai’ has been released where we can see that the consequences of the last episode from the second installment are greater than expected.

The series takes place thirty years after the events of the 1984 All Valley Karate Tournament, that is, what was seen in the first ‘Karate Kid’ movie, and shows the continuation of the inevitable conflict between Daniel LaRusso and Johnny Lawrence, roles played by Ralph Macchio and William Zabka.

Throughout the first two seasons it was seen that Johnny reopened his old dojo and created a new generation of Cobra Kai, something Daniel could not allow to happen.

The trailer for the third season of ‘Cobra Kai’ gives a brief account of what transpired, and also reveals that the series begins with everyone recovering from the violent confrontation between the dojos, which left Miguel in a delicate state.

As Daniel searches his past for answers and Johnny tries to redeem himself, Kresse continues to manipulate his vulnerable students with his philosophy of dominance.

The soul and essence of All Valley is at stake, and the destiny of each student and sensei will be tested, apparently, by something so great that Daniel and Johnny will form an alliance.

But, the youth cast have their trials to face, as ‘Cobra Kai’ students eager to prove they’re better will have to overcome past enmities.

While the students of Miyagi-Do must remain calm so that victory, if it can be gained that way, in addition to seeing what will become of Miguel.

As expected, the third season of the series will also include a trip to Okinawa, Japan, where Daniel has an old enemy.

The release date of the third season of ‘Cobra Kai’ is January 8, 2021, only on Netflix.
