The third installment of Spider-Man for the Marvel Cinematic Universe is getting packed with characters. This film might become the most important story of the superhero genre, since everything indicates that we will see the Spider-Verse in a live-action version. To intensify the project, Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield along withTom Holland will be included in the same film, but they will not arrive alone, as new reports state that Kirsten Dunst will appear in ‘Spider-Man 3’.

Since it was announced that Jamie Foxx would return to his role as Electro for ‘Spider-Man 3’, much more information began to emerge about this new film, among which stood out, that we would see Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield again wearing the suit of the wall-crawler, and now, it was announced that Alfred Molina has returned to the role of Doctor Octopus, one of the biggest surprises of the MCU.

In addition to the arrival of Alfred Molina , the Collider portal states that Kirsten Dunst will appear in ‘Spider-Man 3’, as she would repeat her role as Mary Jane Watson, although it is unknown if she will have a relevant role or will only be limited to a cameo.

One of the roles we are still waiting confirmation on is Emma Stone to the role of Gwen Stacy, given the tragedy the character endured in ‘The Amazing Spider-Man 2’. Recently, the actress quit a major movie for undisclosed reasons, and some reports state, it was to make room in her schedule, to participate in Spider-Man 3.

‘Spider-Man 3’ is currently in production and the official name of this film is unknown, which could remain a secret for a long time, but it is expected to hit theaters on December 17, 2021.
