The new teaser for The Batman released on DC Fandome revealed the darkest tone in the history of the Bat. However, oddly enough, an internet profile added the soundtrack of the controversial Cats to the trailer of the hero.

Instead of the great ” Something In The Way ” by Nirvana, the user put “Memory” to play on the DC video. Interestingly, the new version resulted in a very funny and, at times, the audio from Cats even matches the scenes from the movie starring Robert Pattinson directed by Matt Reeves.

The creator also joked and compared the look of two characters from the films, the Penguin of Danny DeVito in Batman: Returns (1992), and the cat James Corden.

While Cats was heavily criticized at the time of release and led the largest number of nominations and Golden Raspberry wins, audiences still await the debut of The Batman, which is due to hit theaters on October 21, 2021.
