We finally have good news pertaining to the Coronavirus, the Chinese authorities announced that the first patient treated by the famous coronavirus, which had impacted the world, was treated and released after being completely cured. This was announced by the Asian newspaper Bejing Daily.

The patient was a 56-year-old woman identified with the name Che. She showed progressive improvement and after two blood tests given during the last hours on Saturday January 25, 2020, showed no traces of the new Wuhan virus strain in her system.

She was a resident of the city of Wuhan – where the outbreak began – Che tested positive for the coronavirus on January 10 and was hospitalized two days later in the city of Shanghai. After being treated for the virus, the patient showed an improvement and was removed from quarantine to be evaluated with new tests that proved she no longer had the powerful virus.

So far, the virus has caused 41 casualties, mostly in people 65 years of age who contracted the virus in the Asian country and more than 1,300 reported cases of infected people.

This is good news for everyone since other countries have presented isolated cases of the virus and it was feared that it could become a pandemic, but the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission demonstrated that they have found a way to eradicate the virus.
