Deepfake can be used to put the face of any star on someone else and it is mostly used on successful films. This time it was Jim Carrey who was superimposed on the Joker, a feature film directed by Todd Phillips and originally starring Joaquin Phoenix.
Published on YouTube this Tuesday, 28, by the channel Muhammad XAchraf, the video shows Carrey’s face in the body of Phoenix in the scene in which Arthur Fleck talks to social worker Debra Kane. The edit is done so well that it substantiates that the star would make an incredible Joker.
The video is about three and a half minutes long and starts with the protagonist asking the social worker “Is it just me, or is it getting crazier out there?”
