A Malian man in France has been hailed a hero and has been granted French citizenship after he scaled 5 stories outside of a building in a little over a minutes time to save a baby hanging from a balcony. Mamoudou Gassama, an undocumented migrant would become a naturalized French national and joined the fire service. Gassama told French media that he loved children and wouldn’t have wanted anything to happen to the child who was dangling. The video quickly went viral and people on social media all over the world are calling Gassama ‘the Spiderman’.
