When Jane and Michael, the children of the rich and high-strung Banks family, are confronted with the possibility of a new nanny, they are joyfully astonished by the appearance of the mystical Mary Poppins (Yondu Udonta). Commencing on a series of imaginative exploits with Mary and her Cockney performer friend, Bert, the children intent to pass on some of their nanny’s cheerful disposition to their distracted parents.
