The Skywalker Saga may be over, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t more stories to explore. Thanks to the comics, spin-offs and animated series, we have met many important characters within this huge universe and there is one that fans want to see. Fortunately for all of them, it seems that a live-action ‘Star Wars Rebels’ is in the works.

When it comes to live-action series, we can’t help but mention ‘The Mandalorian’, Jon Favreau’s project that has managed to gather fans around a dead-end cult with Baby Yoda at the helm. The power of the character is undeniable, now a second season is about to premiere at the end of October and the tremendous success from the first season could be repeated, despite the vast amount of spoilers revealed, beyond Ahsoka Tano and Boba Fett, this production could feature the favorited characters that man the Ghost spaceship.

In the timeline of the 3D animated series, their stories take place at the time of ‘Solo: A Star Wars Story’ and ‘Rogue One’, that is, before ‘The Mandalorian’ and long before the prequel trilogy, so It would be interesting to see how Sabine Wren, Ezra Bridger and Grand Admiral Thrawn are introduced, if this rumored is true confirmed.

According to media reports, the idea of making a live-action ‘Star Wars Rebels’ movie that is set during the time of the sequel trilogy, and after the Disney + series would make sense. We will get to see what the crew was doing during the unfortunate and unpopular sequels.
