The Hunger Games books come back and the author Suzane Collins is working on a prequel that takes place 64 years before the original saga.
For now, this novel that will take us back to Panem remains untitled and is scheduled to be ready and published by May of 2020, on the other hand, as detailed by Deadline, Lionsgate is already negotiating the rights to the new movie.
According to information released, the novel will take place during the years after the first Panem rebellion, which failed and resulted in the supposed extinction of District 13.
The Hunger Games, are a series of books that had a cinematic adaptation. These films were directed by Gary Ross and starred Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Elizabeth Banks, Liam Hemsworth and Woody Harrelson.
