Warner Bros and DC Comics are facing a schedule challenge in their upcoming releases. They announced several projects, including the cancellations from films like Cyborg and Nightwing.

Now, with everything beginning to settle down since Warner was acquired by AT&T, it was leaked that, after Shazam and Wonder Woman 1984, which are in the process of filming, the next DC Cinematic Universe project set to start filming will be the Flash movie. If the information is correct, the movie about the scarlet sprinter will begin filming in February 2019.

The information came from Production Weekly, a publication especially aimed at fans who love the world of cinema. The article published indicated that the movie will be filmed in Atlanta, Georgia.

Ezra Miller will continue to be the Flash, and the new directors will be John Francis Daley, famous for being one of the stars of Freaks & Geeks , and Jonathan Goldstein, both writers from the script Spider-Man: Homecoming.

The film has had many problems with its directors, and in fact has lost two. First Seth Grahame-Smith (the writer of Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter ) was set to direct it, then it was Rick Famuyiwa (Dope) who took the reins, but also abandoned him for “creative ” problems. for a while it was thought that the Flash movie would adapt Flashpoint, and even a logo was presented at the Comic Con that took place in Brazil,  but the article indicates that this idea was discarded and Daley and Goldstein will make a completely different story. If all goes well, the Flash movie will speeding to theaters in 2020.
