In just 6 months, the planet has gone through dramatic changes. From a global pandemic to a population taking to the streets to prostest against their government.

Labeled as “one of humanity’s worst years,” these events have served as inspiration for the Grim Sausage YouTube channel, which has created a trailer of what 2020 would be like if it were a movie.

In just two minutes, and in a style that reminds us of other major film productions of an apocalyptic nature that have reached the cinema, “2020” begins with a message from Donald Trump about the crisis between the United States and Iran at the beginning of the year.

In addition, reference is made to the protests in Hong Kong that still impacts all of its region.

We also see scenes of what was the gigantic fire in Australia last January, which ruined large portions of that country including animal life

Last but not least, a reference is made to the spread of the coronavirus and its impact on the world. Entitled ” Wuhan, ” the fictional trailer exposes images of deserted streets in Beijing, where the local government ordered a strict quarantine.

Images of Italy, Canada, France, Germany, and Switzerland, countries where COVID-19 caused the stalemate of all its activities, are also in the trailer.
