Hugh Jackman in the role of Wolverine, is, in fact, unforgettable. The star even entered the famous book of records, Guinness World Record, for being the only person to play the same role, 16 years and 228 days. Jackman debuted in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in X-Men: The Movie (2000) and announced his retirement shortly after Logan (2016).
Now, however, according to media reports, there are rumors that Marvel asked Jackman to return to the role of Wolverine. The statements claim that Kevin Feige wants the actor back for for onelast time.
On Twitter, Daniel Richtman posted a screenshot of what appears to be an excerpt from the Marvel production sheet with an offer to Jackman.
On the other hand, Kevin Feige, in fact, has a “wish list” of actors that he wants to see within the MCU. No information has yet been confirmed by the president or the company, but the rumors are strong. So for now, fans can only dream of seeing Jackman swinging the claws one more time.
