The two companies are considered to have a rivalry even though both have expressed that their isn’t one. When it comes to film productions, Marvel is ahead on popularity while DC Comics outshines them in the Academy awards.
Two of the most important characters in the comic industry are Aquaman and Thor, superheroes who have been portrayed in the movies by Jason Momoa and Chris Hemsworth, respectively.

Who’s Aquaman?
Aquaman (whose real name is Arthur Curry) is a superhero who appears in the comics published by DC. Created by artist Paul Norris and writer Mort Weisinger, the character debuted in More Fun Comics # 73 in November 1941.
Who is Thor?
The well-known superhero is based on the Nordic deity by the same name. Thor is the Asgardian god of thunder who possesses the enchanted hammer, Mjolnir, who grants him the ability to fly and manipulate the weather among other superhuman attributes.
