Netflix and Mattel Television still have not set a release date for the new animated He-Man series, however, on Friday both companies wanted to present the cast that will have the honor (of Grayskull) of playing the characters in the new adventures of Prince Adam.
According to Deadline, this new series entitled Masters of the Universe: Revelation will focus on unresolved stories from the classic series and will resume many of the adventures from the old characters. All of this to show what could be the last battle between He-Man and Skeletor.
In that sense, various characters will be part of this show and the production led by Kevin Smith (Clerks) wanted to recruit several high level names to interpret their voices in the series.
Of course, the most striking thing is that Mark Hamill, the actor known for playing Luke Skywalker and several animated versions of the Joker, will be the new Skeletor. But in the cast list there are more names that attract attention like Jason Mewes, Smith’s eternal collaborator; Sarah Michelle Gellar, Lena Headey, Tony Todd and Kevin Conroy.
