There is no doubt that the Joker played by Heath Ledger influenced many people, for better or for worse. Recall that during a tragic screening of Batman: The Dark Knight Rises in 2012, an idividual disguised as this character opened fire on civilians in a cinema, causing great fear and vigilance during the new Joaquin Phoenix film.
Now another fan of The Dark Knight has been spotted, this time in New York, dressed as Ledger’s Joker, but he appears to be doing something harmless.
