If your favorite character of ‘JurassicPark’ is anyone other than Dr. Ian Malcolm, your preference is erroneous. This role allowed the great Jeff Goldblum access to a whole new generation of fans in 1993, and his explanation of the ‘Theory of Chaos’ remains the principle that governs the entire Jurassic saga. Of course, it also helps that the character is an inexhaustible source of citable phrases and Memes that keep him alive and popular in the in the media 25 years after the original movie was released.
So tremendous and powerful is the cult of Malcolm and Goldblum that when a British chain wanted to celebrate a quarter century of ‘Jurassic Park’, they did not do it with a giant statue of a velociraptor, but a 330 pound sculpture of Jeff Goldblum sensually showing off his captivating chest. You know you want him.
The stunning statue appeared on the streets of London without warning in commemoration of 25 years of ‘Jurassic Park’. Or also know as ‘Jurassic Jeff’, pamphlets promoting the sculpture, which shows Goldblum with one of the most famous looks in the film, weighing equal to 48,000 tea bags. Sexy tea that is.
Of course, ‘Jurassic Jeff’ has gone viral on social networks:
