Dark is one of the most famous TV series in the world, so much so that Stephen King, one of the greatest writers of today and master of horror, nominated the series as one of the best shows to watch on Netflix.
During the coronavirus quarantine and pandemic, King often tells his followers what he’s watching, and why. The writer talked about the German Netflix series on Twitter.
You think the world is going to shit, then you find out other people are watching DARK and you say
THANK YOU GOD, THERE’S HOPE! — Stephen King (@StephenKing) July 24, 2020
The master of horror also offered a way to be able to follow the series in case you get lost:
DARK (Netflix) is dark and complex…and…well…very German. Terrific show. If you get confused, go to MetaWitches and check out Metacrone's recaps. Detailed and helpful.

The third and final season of Dark premiered on Netflix on June 27 this year. The series follows four families from the city of Winden: Kahnwald, Nielsen, Doppler, and Tiedemann. The residents’ routine turns upside down when two children mysteriously disappear near the nuclear plant.
