Residents of the village Tchara, in Transbaikalia, observed a bizarre phenomenon in the sky which has already been recorded in several places around the world. Although its nature is partially explained by scientists, the last time it manifested still remains a mystery.
“A smoke looking vortex,” is what scientists say best describes this phenomenon which makes its appearance from time to time in the skies across the world, and this time was filmed above the village of Tchara, in Transbaikalia, to the south of Lake Baikal.
It is possible to see in the video a black circle of smoke which floats in the sky and certain Net surfers quickly began to theorize and called it “an extraterrestrial portal”.
However, some speculated and assume that there is nothing supernatural about this phenomenon, a similar spectacle occurs when an explosive wave passes through a circular structure like a chimney. Still, there are those who say it is the perfect example of a real-life glitch, on account of the fact that we live in the Matrix. Be that as it may, this recent mystery captured on video has not yet been explained.
