On his Twitter profile, actor Henry Golding revealed that he has already watched ‘ GI Joe – Snake Eyes’ and guaranteed that the spin-off will be “insanely good” compared to the previous films.
Despite not revealing many details, he suggested that the film will be more focused on the character’s personal journey rather than scenes full of special effects.

Remembering that Brian Goldner, CEO of Hasbro, confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter that the film was postponed from November this year to 2021, probably due to the Coronavirus crisis.
Without going into details he said only that:
“We are working on the schedules for the new release date for ‘ GI Joe – Snake Eyes’ with Paramount. As this is not the best time to risk the revival of the franchise, waiting is being our wisest decision. ”
In addition to Golding, the cast also features Samara Weaving (Scarlett), Ursula Corbero (The Baroness), Iko Uwais (Hard Master), Andrew Koji (Storm Shadow) and Haruka Abe.
‘Snake Eyes‘ is directed by Robert Schwentke, director of the last two films in the series ‘Divergent‘, with a screenplay by Evan Spiliotopoulos, from ‘Beauty and the Beast‘.
Snake Eyes was in ‘GI Joe: The Raise of Cobra‘ (2009) and ‘GI Joe: Retaliation ‘ (2013), played by Ray Park, and first appeared in the 1980s, in the comic titled ‘GI Joe: A Real American Hero’.
Along with his faithful pet wolf, Timber, it wasn’t long before Snake Eyes became one of the most popular characters in the entire franchise.
