Faced with the psychosis around the coronavirus, a French chocolate maker decided to take the situation with humor by making chocolate eggs in the shape of… coronavirus!
Faced with the psychosis caused by the coronavirus, it is better to laugh than to cry. This is the postulate of this chocolate maker who created a chocolate egg from a 3D image of the virus. Jean-François Pré, chocolate maker from Landivisiau at the “Duchesse Anne” store in Finistère, decided to give flavor to this dreaded virus. As we can see in the photo, the egg shell is made of chocolate, and set with pieces of red almonds to add realism to its creation.
Jean-François Pré said that he was “a little tired of hearing about it”, and that is why he decided to make fun of the virus. His first coronavirus was made on Tuesday March 3, and he has since created several different sizes. On March 4, he said: “I have already sold four. It amuses people to see it. That’s the point. It’s made like Easter chocolate. Besides, if it works (sells), we will continue to do it until this date.” One of the funniest points of the situation is that this chocolate factory is located on rue Louis Pasteur.
