At the beginning of the month, Elon Musk assured in his Twitter account that the panic to the coronavirus “is dumb”.
This week he used the same route to state that the danger generated by this panic still “far exceeds” the danger of the coronavirus. “If we over-allocate medical resources to corona, it will come at expense of treating other illnesses.” the billionaire postulated on March 17.

When asked by a follower about the approach from a Stanford professor who claimed that he was overreacting in the United States, Musk replied:
“Imo, this professor is correct. Also, growth rate of confirmed C19 cases is dropping every day, despite 10X increase in testing. From Tues to today, was 43%, 24%, 17%,” he said, inviting him to review a chart from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, despite the fact that tests have not been carried out in a massive way in the US.
