With the recent edition of CinemaCon, many secrets from the film world were revealed, they included the sequels Disney plans to make now that it has fully acquired 21st Century Fox.

As expected, the Disney giant appropriated the licenses of several Fox films and began preparing the second or third parts of the films that had previously been released on that platform.

Within the list are projects that were not believed or known would have a successor, as Erik Davids from Fandango explains they are a reality that will soon reach theaters:

  • Avatar
  • Alien
  • Planet of the Apes
  • Kingsman
  • Maze Runner

Some will cause surprise and others not so much, however, that is not what should be highlighted, what should be considered is the way that Disney will manage these. They have plans to release them in movie theaters or Disney +, its own streaming platform.
