All fans know that it is only a matter of time before X-Men reach the MCU, and while little is known of how they will be introduced, the X-Men are recognized to be a key player in the future of Marvel Studios movies. That’s why many have imagined what their ideal cast would be like, and an image of Mark Strong as Professor X made all fans want him in that role.
It’s no mystery to anyone of the mutants will soon make their MCU debut alongside the Avengers. Despite all the excitement this can cause everybody, the cast remains a mystery. Thanks to this Mark Strong fan art as Professor X, it might be clear to everyone that he is the right choice in bringing this valuable character, who was already played by James Mcavoy and immortalized by Patrick Stewart.
Mark Strong is currently one of the most wanted actors in the film industry, and he’s not a newcomer to the superhero world at all as he brought Doctor Sivana to life in ‘Shazam!’ from the DCEU. Therefore the versatility to interpret this character, Strong has it and could be a good successor.
It was thanks to the artist bosslogic, who revealed a fan art of what Mark Strong would look like as Professor X in the MCU, this was imagined by the artist in an Instagram post, where he is seen with his characteristic suit and wheelchair. Seeing this image, many fans are convinced that he could be the right choice to bring the admired character to life.
Since the acquisition of Fox by Disney, the head and producer of Marvel Studios, Kevin Feige has been known to work hard to make the introduction of the X-Men feel organic and not at all forced into the MCU.
