Since Avengers: Infinity War hit theaters, Mark Ruffalo has dedicated his life to giving us several surprises, both on and off the screen.

The spoiler was revealed during the Jimmy Fallon show, where the actor was invited as a special guest. The idea was to chat a bit about his experience as a Hulk and other superhero issues, but since Mark was a little “distracted”, he accidentally threw a spoiler of The Avenger’s final movie, something we are not supposed to know until later.

Being that classified information, even for an Avenger, the celebrity had to use his influence (and his Twitter account) to fix the small error. He tweeted asking Jimmy Fallon to please edit the segment before it was released, to which the host replied that there would be no problem, because they were friends.

Well, you know how the internet works; information is always filtered in some way and this always leads to theories. Although there is censorship in the video, some claim that it can be clearly heard that Ruffalo pronounces the word “Annihilation,” a name that, according to the gossip, is confirmed by Jeremy Conrad , a member of Marvel Media at MCUCosmic, who always quote a source close to the production of the film.

The followers from the Marvel Cinematic Universe thought that they were going to obtain valuable information, but in the end they were disillusioned. Many of them were not part of the normal audience that watches the Jimmy Fallon show, but they were willing to view the episode for themselves just to find out what was said.

Unfortunately, Mark was more astute than the rest of the world and he assured that the information remained secret. Anyway, some of the tweets that were in response were very funny to watch, especially the one published by the Russo brothers where they actually fired Mark Ruffalo.

Finally, it only remains to say that we will have to wait a little longer to know what the final title of this film will be. Whether Annihilation or not, perhaps the most important thing is to know details of what will happen in the final battle. In the end it is the public who has the last word.
