Reddit user Jamie Walton posted a quirky video starring a squirrel sitting next to a tree, just chilling, and eating a McDonald’s cheeseburger.
The size of the squirrel, considered to be fitting for what it was eating, could care less about what people stereotypically gossiped due to its plump anatomical construct. The little animal organized its picnic right next to one of the chain’s premises in the city of Venice (Florida, USA), according to various media reports.
Although many forum users argued that the squirrel was somewhat fattened (how dare they) the intention of certain animals to gain weight before the onset of winter might be the reason for its well rounded figure. Others speculated that the ‘plus-size’ aspect was a clear indication that she was pregnant. If that were the case, is the father Chip or Dale?

Nevertheless, one of the most prominent comments on Reddit had nothing to do with the justifications for the animal’s large body size, but rather with its eating habits. “I did not know that squirrels eat meat,” said one of the users, to which they retorted that these animals, in fact, are omnivores, like most rodents.
