Years ago, Amber Heard had been requested by Marvel fans to give life to Captain Marvel, but the superhero’s mantle was left in the hands of Brie Larson.
A report was recently released that Amber Heard, far from being fired from Aquaman 2 , will gain more prominence in the DC Extended Universe, and while Warner Bros. has not confirmed this, the actress’s Entertainment Weekly interview appears to be the only proof that we’ll see more of the actress in the sequel to the King of the Seven Seas.
Now it seems that all the doors are opening for Amber Heard, since a report has been released that Marvel Studios wants to give her a role in their films. If this is confirmed, the actress would not be the first to work for the two companies at the same time.
Before the controversy with her ex-partner broke out, Amber Heard had been requested by fans of the House of Ideas to give life to Captain Marvel, but the superheroine’s mantle remained in the hands of Brie Larson, while Heard entered DC Extended Universe, where she played Mera.
The new rumor was revealed by insider Daniel Richtman, who assured that Kevin Feige, CEO of Marvel Entertainment, contacted the actress to offer her a role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Various reports speculate that they will possibly offer her the role of Black Cat or Silver Cable, Sony Pictures projects that are part of Venom Verse. However, if it was Kevin Feige who contacted her, he most likely wants her in the Marvel Studios universe.
Unfortunately for the actress, Johnny Depp’s fans are hell-bent on her cancellation campaign, with which they demand that the producers not hire Amber Heard, considering it was also proven pointed by her ex-partner, Johnny Depp, of having psychologically and physically abusing him.
