Wheels can’t fly can they? However, if they do, they have a remarkable ability to cover long distances. This new video, shot by a camera oin a Pataskala, Ohio home, shows how much momentum and speed a wheel projectile can maintain after being launched from whatever set it loose.

When it reaches the home, the wheel strikes a column shattering it as if it was a toothpick and then smashes what appears to be the glass of the front door before ringing the bell.

It is not clear where the wheel came from; It could have been from a trailer, although, due to the size, it might have come from a car. Something might have caused enough friction to weaken the metal, separating the wheel and sending it on its new direction, smashing the front door of the home.

The moral of the story is, you never know what’s going to ring your doorbell. Be cautious and do whatever you can to prepare for a wheel to spontaneously appear and destroy your home.
