However, during the film the appearance or mention of Black Adam, (Dwayne Johnson), was expected, something that did not happen to the disappointment of comic book fans.
Instead, the film had another villain, Doctor Sivana (Mark Strong) and at the end of the credits, it was seen how the caterpillar known as Lord Mind will be the one who will put Billy Batson in a crisis in the future sequel.
Now everything seems to change thanks to a social media leak deleted scene from Shazam! The sequence shows us how the superhero family occupies the thrones of the Rock of Eternity, but there is a moment when they realize that the seventh place is empty.
It is Mary who realizes that, to which Darla responds: “Well, whoever it is, I’m gonna love them no matter what, because they’re an automatic part of the family,” since she does not know how dangerous Black Adam really is.
The villain was included in the original script for the movie, but it was decided to drop him and replace him with Doctor Sivana. The Shazam counterpart film is still be in Warner Bros’ plans to be released in a couple of years.
