On December 20 Netflix will premiere THE WITCHER, the series that has all the elements to become the new television phenomenon for Nerds.
Reasons are not lacking: the novels on which it is based on are incredible. Also in recent years they have become even more popular thanks to the trilogy of video games made by CD Projekt. If this were not enough, Henry Cavill is the protagonist, who has taken a break from wearing the Superman cape and puts on the character of the mythical Geralt de Rivia.
Today Netflix has released an extended trailer containing more than eight minutes in which the showrunner Lauren S. Hissrich and executive producer Tomek Baginski explain some of the most iconic moments that await us.
Based on the hit fantasy series, The Witcher is the epic story that unites destiny and family. Geralt de Rivia, a lonely monster hunter, struggles to find his place in a world where people can be more ruthless than beasts.
