Godzilla vs. Kong has done nothing but divide humanity, and if you still think Kong could beat Godzilla you’re out of you mind, kid. Godzilla also knows how to hit and lands them hard, as he does in this trailer. But who is actually the villain of the movie?

Legendary Pictures revealed the Japanese Godzilla vs. Kong trailer and it is more revealing than the original for two reasons: the first is because Godzilla shows that even though he has two small arms, he can also give at least a few slaps; and secondly, because the true intentions of the mysterious individual who appeared in the first trailer of the film, is revealed as the actual main villain.

The trailer begins with Kong being transported off Skull Island until an angry Godzilla crosses his path and starts a fight aboard an aircraft carrier. Unlike the first trailer, this time Godzilla does respond to Kong’s hard blow, while the trailer also reveals that this is the son of Dr. Serizawa, who is trying to avenge the death of his father at the hands of the most powerful kaiju of all.
