After a long hiatus, Netflix has released, through their social networks, new images that reveal some of the scenes of what we can expect to transpire in the second season of The Umbrella Academy.
According to official information from the show, the story will be set in Dallas during the 1960s thanks to the powers of the Five (Aidan Gallagher) when they escaped from a terrible apocalypse caused by Vanya (Ellen Page).
The images reveal that the characters are on a different timeline. In addition, that they will come across new dilemmas shortly after their stay in the town.
The main cast will again be made up of Ellen Page, Tom Hopper, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Robert Sheehan, David Castañeda, Aidan Gallagher and Ethan Hwang. As for the new members that will be arriving, Ritu Arya, Yusuf Gatewood and Marin Ireland.
Recently, Netflix shared a video on their social networks where the cast can be seen dancing in front of the camera while they announce the arrival of the new episodes. The premiere of The Umbrella Academy 2 will be released on July 31.
The second season will consist of 10 one-hour episodes, which will be available to all subscribers of the streaming service.
