Who dares to speak ill of Gal Gadot as Princess Diana? On social networks, users have witnessed an alternative option to the beloved actress. Which is obviously incredibly common on the internet. But it’s not about just any actress, Dominique McElligott could play Wonder Woman, or at least, that’s what the fans would like.
The successful Amazon Prime series came to an end a few weeks ago and became the favorite of many. This brutal show reveals to us that not everyone with superpowers are necessarily good or perfect. Some heroes have a dark side and, these here, always get away with doing something wrong. And because of this, there is a group of boys planning to bring them down.
Dominique McElligott could play Wonder Woman or at least, that’s what fans want now. On the occasion of Wonder Woman’s day, the famous illustrator BossLogic revealed his version of the character, reimaging her with Queen Maeve’s face, who’s character is based on Diana.
Obviously it fits her perfectly and the praise was not lacking, but at this point Warner Bros would not risk a second in letting go of Gadot, whose sequel of ‘Wonder Woman 1984’ has not yet been released in theaters due to the pandemic.
The rest of her fellow actors such as Aya Cash who plays Stormfront, have mentioned their love to continue playing superhero roles and perhaps for the MCU, portraying mutants like Rogue, Beast and Jean Gray, while Antony Starr (Homelander) would rather be Wolverine.
