The federal government is currently under enormous pressure to reopen schools and daycare centers. This is loudly demanded by millions of desperate parents after having to spend the first full day with their children today.
“I really don’t understand why children have to stay at home. They should be taken back no matter the cost,” complained Karen who lives by a supercenter. She took care of her two sons ages 9 and 11 in her home office today. Scientists replied by saying “Karen has always been that way, she needs to help us by keeping her kids home and not risking others with her negativity during this sensitive time. If kids are screaming and running around all day, that is a good sign that they are very healthy.”
Ruben who is also in favor of daycare resuming said “Word on the street is that the virus isn’t so bad,” he explained, while trying to take gum out of his four year old daughter. “I need my time away from my loving family to restore my health and vitality. The government made a very selfish decision in closing daycares.”
A study done by parents, which was released as a Facebook post, from Karen’s profile, sated it found that more than 90 percent of all parents would rather face all the consequences of an unchecked epidemic than spend the next six weeks with their children at home.
