The Joker is in Arkham, and he’s dying of melanoma. But before that happens, he wants an apotheosis ending, that is, he wants Batman himself to kill him. From that premise comes Dying is Easy, the new 25-minute high-budget fan film that presents the decisive battle between the two arch-enemies, with a good number of guest characters.

The creators of Bat in The Sun have become one of the most popular film makers among this fandom, thanks to their faithful recreation of both Batman and Gotham, as well as all of their villains. Their latest work, Dying is Easy, is so spectacular that it even overshadows some DC movies according to fans. It is a true work of art, and of course it does not lack violence.

The video begins with the Dark Knight brutally arresting the Mad Hatter, shortly after receiving the news that his nemesis will soon die, and has asked to see him one last time.

A sequence which deserves special attention is when Batman is walking through the corridors of Arkham, where characters such as Poison Ivy, Killer Croc, Freezer, Enigma, and Harley Quinn appear, all of them with an exquisite jail cell and great characterization.

After that, a tense and psychological face to face between Batman and Joker ensues – which has comedy, dark and heartbreaking moments which include, the death of Robin and the rape of Barbara Gordon take. The surprising final twist is what makes Batman: Dying is Easy one of the best, if not the best, Dark Knight fan films.
