Police in Jacksonville (Florida, USA) reported Sunday a “massive shooting” during the celebration of a Madden football video game championship at a restaurant in a well-known shopping center in Jacksonville, North Florida. The first information tells that an individual entered the closed area where the tournament was held and has fired indiscriminately against the participants.

Some media have reported that there could be at least four deaths and a dozen wounded, although the authorities have not confirmed the number of victims. The News4Jax channel reports that about 11 people have been injured by bullets. The police authorities, who have cordoned off the area and have asked people not to go to the scene of the shooting, have not given official numbers, but have spoken of “multiple fatalities at the crime scene and many transfers” to hospitals .
