Peter Parker, better known as Spider-Man, has had some relationships that have made a big impact not only to his love life but his heroic journey as well. One of his most important courtships has been with Mary Jane, who has recently been replaced by Michelle Jones in the MCU. However, it has been reported this week that another of his love interests would reach the said franchise, Gwen Stacy will enter Marvel Studios.
It must be remembered that Sony Pictures together with the nicknamed House of Ideas plans to make more sequels with Tom Holland’s Spider-Man. In consequence, they will introduce more Spider-Verse characters, among those contemplated is one of the hero’s first loves, Gwen Stacy, according to reports from specialized websites.
The blonde-haired teenager has already been adapted on the big screen, first in the director Sam Raimi trilogy, played by actress Bryce Dallas Howard, although she only had a minor role in the plot; while for the live-action with actor Andrew Garfield, Peter’s girlfriend gained more presence in the story and was played by Emma Stone.
According to media sources, Gwen Stacy will enter the MCU in the fourth part of Spider-Man, although it is still unknown for sure who the celebrity will be to give life to this character, reports indicate that the MCU is interested in Kiernan Shipka, protagonist from ‘Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.’
What is uncertain is whether the character will have a physical, personality or age modification when entering the MCU, as happened with Aunt May who is now younger, MJ who is Michele Jones. We will have to wait for more details about Stacy’s arrival to the Multi-Verse.
