The Power Rangers are the heroes of an entire generation, but they continue to speak. Following its last movie in 2017, Paramount is preparing a reboot of the franchise and promises not to disappoint fans.

According to media reports the new team will be even more diverse than its predecessor in introducing an assortment of Rangers. If you recall, the previous conformation included an African American, an Asian, a Latina, an Indian, amongst others.

Another novelty is that, this group of heroes will be led by a female Power Rangers. It should be noted that this occurred earlier in the series, but only for short periods of time. At the end of the day, the Red Ranger always came back to lead them once again.

This time, the villain in the story will be none other than Lord Zedd, one of their first and most dangerous enemies in the franchise. This is big news for fans, who want to see him on the big screen.

The film will be directed by Jonathan Entwistle, at the moment there is no information about the cast or a release date.
