In an interview with the specialized media Hollywood Reporter, the protagonist from ‘Mad Men’ expressed his interest in playing Batman, since he has always been a fan of comics, under a series of conditions.
“It depends on the script, what the story is,” the actor told Bensinger. “I am a huge comic book fan, always have been. I’ve read comic books since I was 9 or younger. And I’m pretty knowledgeable about a lot of them. And I like the genre, and I like when they’re done well,” he said.
In addition, he said he loved ‘Black Panther’ (‘Black Panther’) and is a follower of ‘Legion’. He even referred to the Batman costume. “I’d probably fit the suit. I’d have to work out a lot, which I don’t love. But, I am sure there’s an interesting version of that being out there. And if they wanted to tap me on the shoulder and ask me to do it, why not?” He said.
The bad news is that it did not give much light as to whether or not the project could become a reality in a short time. “I’ve never had a conversation with anyone about it…”
The subject arose, because he was asked about the rumors that have come and gone among the fans, that Hamm could be a great Bruce Wayne.
“I have had rumors about that since probably season one of Mad Men,” he expressed. “I think the internet wants what it wants. But, I mean, a lot of people have to sign off on that, obviously not just the internet.”
