Some people have never seen a single Star Wars movie, I know right, but they can still recognize certain characters. The most famous villain is still the father of Luke and Leia, who ended up seduced by the dark side of the force with the help of Palpatine. But what if the story was different, there are images that portray Darth Vader as a Jedi.
Anakin Skywalker became Obi-Wan Kenobi’s padawan, but his love for his mother and Padmé led him to the wrong place with false hopes. The battle of Mustafar was the key point where a dying Anakin ends up fighting with his master, severely burned and injured from the fierce battle, Sidious puts him in a black suit, to help him survive. What most dot know, is that the design of the outfit was made to inflict pain on him, so that he is always in a terrible disposition and is manipulable.
But what if things had not transpired like this? There is a concept art that was never used in Star Wars Battlefront 4 where a good version of the character was going to make an appearance. And, therefore, his redemption would never have taken place, of course it would not have been the same epic movie.
The plan was that instead of being beaten on Mustafar, Anakin realized his mistake, that’s why we can see his face. This suit is encouraging and his face is exposed, instead of a helmet he has a cape and over the years he is even seen with hair, he would have become one of the most formidable Jedi in history with the power he has always wielded and would use it to protect the one’s he loves.
Artist Andrew Morgan created his own version, yet, his interpretation places Anakin in the original Vader suit with a Jedi look. He also included descriptions of the types of gears Anakin would use against the Dark Side. It truly is impressive to behold.
