Since the Avengers have more and more members, Jack Black thought it would be a good idea for Nacho Libre to join the team. This was said in an interview and the truth is that it would not be a bad idea. After all, he does have the ability to summon his Eagle Powers.
In an interview with Comicbook Jack Black commented on one of his latest films, Jumanji: The Next Level. He shared a table with two actresses from the same movie, Karen Gillan and Awkwafina and since they have both performed roles on the Marvel stage, they also asked Black if he has ever thought about participating in any of the MCU movies. The funny thing was not the question, but the actor said that perhaps Nacho Libre could participate in them since he is something like a superhero.
“I mean, I feel like Nacho Libre was kind of a superhero. He wore a costume and fought crime and was a hero of sorts. So, I guess I’ve already scratched that itch, as it were. Unless they want to, ya know, add Nacho to the MCU, you never know. I think he’d be an awesome addition to the Avengers team.” said the one of the greatest actors who ever lived.
Karen Gillan has repeatedly played Nebula in Marvel movies, while Awkwafina will debut in the MCU with in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. Who knows, in one of those we could see Nacho fighting shoulder to shoulder with Captain America.
Something is certain: it will be the sexiest movie of the Avengers.
