What all Friends fans have been waiting years for – has finally come true. The most popular series of recent years is set to return, HBO Max has announced a special chapter that will reunite the original cast.
The most remembered group of friends on television is already in production of the program that will mark the long-awaited meeting between Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matthew Perry, David Schwimmer and Matt LeBlanc.
The original cast of the series will play Rachel, Monica, Pheobe, Chandler, Ross and Joey again after more than 15 years. The final chapter of Friends, ‘The last one’ aired in 2004.

HBO Max also confirmed that the original 10 seasons of Friends will move from Netflix to its own streaming service. The series favorite; ‘The one where they got back together’ will be available on the HBO Max platform beginning May 2020 along with all the seasons in the series.
Guess you could call this the one where they all got back together — we are reuniting with David, Jennifer, Courteney, Matt, Lisa and Matthew for an HBO Max special that will be programmed alongside the entire, content director of HBO Max.
Kevin Reilly who is also the president of TBS , TNT and truTV continued: I met Friends in its early stages of development and then I had the opportunity to work on the series many years later. I loved watching them captivate their viewers from generation to generation . And the hope is that the original essence will be captured and will be able to unite both original and new fans alike.
