After the White Walkers managed to tear down the Wall that separates Westeros from all that is beyond, a huge army of the dead is ready to destroy everything in its path. For Jon Snow (Kit Harington) and Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) it will not be an easy fight. Not only do they have to deal with the White Walkers, but also with their worn relationship, as well as with the machinations of Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey), who is not yet ready to deliver the throne to a Targaryen.

The final season of Game of Thrones will only have six episodes, but each of them is ready to make a big impact. Not only did director David Nutter confirm that each of the episodes will last more than an hour, but that the series will end with what will be considered the greatest battle ever seen in a movie or on television. The actors have been very quiet about what we can expect, but everyone agrees on one thing: we have not seen anything yet.

Game of Thrones returns on HBO on April 14.
