After it was revealed that Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man, and Marc Webb’s Amazing Spider-Man films, are now considered MCU canon, since, some of the characters from these iterations are joining Spider-Man 3, new reports suggests that Emma Stone is the next actress to join the cast of the film.

First, it must be clarified that these are simple speculations, but, if true, the next Spider-Man movie will mark the beginning of the multiverse and that’s incredibley awesome.

According to Murphy’s Multiverse, something extremely suspicious just happened.

It turns out that Stone recently dropped out of a major Damien Chazelle project titled Babylon, a Hollywood drama as cinema was transitioning from silent movies.

If something is clear to us, it is that Chazelle is not a nobody. He is a director who has already been nominated for an Oscar with films such as La La Land (2016), starring Emma herself.

But then why on earth would Emma abandon a movie that might have a good reputation? According to Deadline, the actress was unavailable for the role due to scheduling problems and will now be replaced by Margot Robbie.

The issue here is that Emma had nothing else on her schedule besides Cruella’s Disney live-action, so this has led many to suppose that she turned down the role to join a much bigger motion picture idolized by millions of people.

According to these reports, Emma has left Babylon to return as Gwen Stacy for Spider-Man 3 and continue to propel the multiverse. It has also been said that Alfred Molina could return as Dr. Octopus for the film.

Although this might sound very outlandish, let’s not forget that the father of the MCU, Kevin Feige, is willing to do whatever it takes to create an extraordinary multiverse and compete witb the DCEU, now that a multiverse is formed there as well.

Spider-Man 3 will be released on December 17, 2021.
