The reports indicate that Daniel LaRusso’s sensei kept important information secret, which will be discovered in the third season of the series.
Netflix achieved success with the premiere of the first two seasons of Cobra Kai on its platform, so now, many fans are looking forward to the arrival of the third installment.
As revealed in the preview of part three, the story will revolve around the past of Mr. Miyagi and all the mysteries that he never revealed, which is the reason his disciple, Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio), will travel to Okinawa, Japan, to find out.

The plot will be connected with that of Karated Kid 2, since the film took place in the same Japanese place, circumstances that could bring back characters from the past such as Yukie (Nobu McCarthy) or Kumiko (Tamlyn Tomita).
Under this premise, there are rumors shared which assume that Miyagi had a child with Yukie and kept it a secret from Daniel. In this way, the third season of Cobra Kai will be about of exposing who is the descendant of the sensei, who, in turn, will become the possible opponent of the protagonist.
According these rumors, Miyagi’s son will have a strong resentment towards LaRusso for having taken away his father’s affection and not having been able to train with him as the protagonist did.

So far, Netflix has not shown more details of what could happen in Cobra Kai 3, whose release date is scheduled for sometime in 2021.
