“Child’s Play” with the diabolical doll Chucky was released 30 years ago and the doll became the protagonist of a large number of cult films that, despite the years, maintains its validity with the formula of terror.
After it was announced that there will be a remake of the movie “Chucky” , the producer was commissioned to disseminate the first official image of the new evil doll.
In the image shared through the official Twitter account of the company you can see the killer doll covering half of his face with his favorite weapon, a knife.

This photograph was shared after it was confirmed that the actors Aubrey Plaza, remembered for acting in “Parks and Recreation,” and Brian Tyree Henry, recognized by “Atlanta,” will be the protagonists of the film.
Aubrey Plaza will interpret Karen, a generous mother who gives her son ‘Andy’ (who will be played by Gabriel Bateman) a doll for his birthday. What nobody knows is that this toy is possessed by the soul of a murderer.
For his part, Brian Tyree Henry will play a detective who investigates the mysterious events surrounding the murders in the city and the strange behavior of “Chucky.”
The production of this new release, the eighth film about “Chucky,” will begin later this year in Vancouver, Canada. Lars Klevberg will be the director, and the script will be by Tyler Burton Smith.
It should be noted that the original film of “Chucky,” directed by filmmaker Tom Holland, was released in November 1988. Subsequently, six more films were made that have caused commotion among all the spectators.
