A new report from the Collider website suggests that actor Christian Bale is “in talks” to join the cast of Thor: Love and Thunder.
For now there are no more details, thankfully once again the sequel will be directed by Taika Waititi and begin filming in August of next year. This new story will bring back Jane Foster played by Natalia Portman. However, it will be her who will become the new wielder of Mjölnir.
For now, Marvel Studios has no comments on this report, but it is assumed that in addition to Chris Hemsworth, the sequel will also include Tessa Thompson in the role of Valkyrie. In addition, the fact that Thor will be the first character from the MCU to have a fourth film is a surprise to many, something that few would have believed would happen after the disaster that was Thor: The Dark World.
