According to the information that has been disclosed, the Batman movie or miniseries with Ben Affleck will have Arkham Asylum as part of its narrative.

The asylum will include several Bat villains like Joker and Deathstroke, which means that the participation of Jared Leto and Joe Manganiello will be inevitable, as suggested by the Justice League post-credits scene.
