Godzilla vs. Kong promises incredible fights between titans, and an unexpected creature should knock your block off..
Warner has taken a big 8 month delay which was announced since November 2019, and had the month of March 2020 targeted for its release. Bad luck in light of the Covid-19 pandemic, Godzilla vs. Kong positioned itself on November 20 for its domestic release.
This decision was to refine post-production, and to offer viewers the best possible film. Excellent initiative, even if with the many postponements due to the coronavirus, the competition will now be extremely fierce in November, going up against Black Widow who has sneaked into the fall niche.
Before a trailer release, a picture on social networks excites kaiju fans, who have discovered the toy Nozuki, giant reptile that will appear in Godzilla vs. Kong. Warner has asked for the removal of these new images, but in these leaked tweets one can roughly distinguish what the beast will look like.
At the bottom right, we can see the creature, a mix between the lizard and the dragon, with a huge tail that will probably deal some real damage on Godzilla.
The gorilla and the lizard will not have a lasting face off. They will have to manage the kaiju guests, a scenario which is expected in the end. The Monsterverse launched in 2014 with Godzilla, which had a worldwide success, followed by Kong: Skull Island followed by Godzilla II: King of the Monsters.
