Avengers: Endgame marked the conclusion of a decade of Marvel’s cinematic universe, and as such forced us to say goodbye to a whole generation of primary superheroes who we might have the opportunity to see, once again, on the big screen thanks to the Black Widow movie.

Well, as Deadline briefly reports, Scarlett Johansson’s solo film will not only allow us to see the actress playing the iconic heroine after what happened in Endgame, but we will also see Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man again. Although the actor has already said goodbye to the character. This makes sense if we consider that Black Widow is set after what happened in Captain America: Civil War when all the superheroes were separated but active. On the other hand, it was suspected that Marvel was going to pull the agenda to fill the movie with cameos and last farewells to characters who did not manage to see beyond Endgame and that make sense to be placed Johansson’s timeline for her solo film.

In addition to Downey Jr. and Johansson we will also have other familiar faces in Black Widow, including David Harbor, who plays a version of a Russian Captain America,  Florence Pugh as another Black Widow and Rachel Weisz and OT Fagbenle, of whom we do not know what characters they will play but the rumors suggest that one of the two will be the one who ends up becoming Taskmaster, the dangerous villain in the film.
